If you're not happy with your toy for any reason, simply follow these steps:<o:p></o:p></p><ol><li>Tap on the "Profile" icon in the navigation bar.<o:p></o:p></li><li>On the Profile page, click on the&nbsp;"Settings" button.<o:p></o:p></li><li>Go to&nbsp;"My Orders"&nbsp;in profile settings.<o:p></o:p></li><li>Tap on the product you wish to exchange.<o:p></o:p></li><li>Tap on the "Request Exchange" button&nbsp;in the bottom section.<o:p></o:p></li><li>Select the reason for exchange.<o:p></o:p></li><li>You will receive a confirmation on your request and a pick up will be scheduled.</li><li>Your new toy will be delivered once the exchange is processed. You can view the status in the "My Orders" section.</li></ol><p>If you have got your toy through any other channel, you can contact respective customer support to initiate exchange there.</p>
