TERMS & CONDITIONS
- It is compulsory to raise a support ticket and do the toy assessment from the customer care team before placing any repair order.
- Refund of payment won't be processed in case payment is done without the toy assessment.
- While returning the toy it should be placed in the toy box with its charging cable and remote (in case of remote controlled car).
- The entire repairing process will take up to 6–7 working days. For some remote locations, this process may take additional days to get your repaired toy delivered to your doorstep.

Once your ticket is received, our dedicated customer care team will promptly assess the toy and get in touch with you to proceed further.
In order to provide you with the most accurate guidance, we encourage you to upload pictures of the toy while raising the ticket. This will help our team identify the problem more efficiently and guide you accordingly.
Kindly note that there will be a fee for the repair service, ranging from Rs.300 to Rs.1000, depending on the severity of the issue. Our dedicated team will assess the toy to determine the exact cost of the repair. Once the assessment is complete, we will promptly share a payment link with you, allowing you to conveniently proceed with the repair process.
